Refund Policy – USA Orders

We take great care in packaging and shipping your order. However, if your item arrives damaged, we’re here to help – under the following conditions:

  • Refunds are only applicable if the product is received damaged.

  • You must submit an unboxing video clearly showing the damage as proof.

  • This video proof must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Claims submitted after 24 hours or without valid video proof will not be eligible for a refund.

To initiate a refund request, please email us at contact@jewelmarvels.com with:

  1. Order number

  2. Unboxing video clearly showing the damage

  3. Description of the issue

We reserve the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the above criteria.
