We take great care in packaging and shipping your order. However, if your item arrives damaged, we’re here to help – under the following conditions:

Refunds are only applicable if the product is received damaged.

You must submit an unboxing video clearly showing the damage as proof.

This video proof must be shared within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted after 24 hours or without valid video proof will not be eligible for a refund.
